Job Title: Deskside Support Analyst Location: Rahway, NewJersey(100% onsite) Job Type: Full-Time Job Responsibilities * Provide Install Move Add Change (IMAC) Break Fix and end user support activities as required. * Stage, Build and Image systems with standard client image (aka eCore). * Complete special projects as requested by Customer. * Provides technical training to junior team members * Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery. * Where required provide support for manufacturing shop floor handhelds laptops and scanner devices. Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until May 16, 2025. * This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
