hiring an Inside Sales Associate - Preview Enrollment Specialist to
support live and virtual preview events for prospective students.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, enrollment support,
and follow-up outreach , helping ensure every guest feels welcomed,
informed, and supported as they explore our educational programs.

role is a strong fit. What You’ll Do Preview Event Support ·
Prepare classrooms and meeting spaces for live and virtual preview
events · Set up technology for online “Connected Preview”
participants · Greet attendees, manage check-in, and coordinate
seating · Support presenters and ensure a smooth, welcoming event
experience · Track attendance and maintain accurate records in
Salesforce · Assist interested prospects with enrollment using
e-commerce tools or paper agreements · Update rosters and
distribute daily event and attendance reports Prospect Follow-Up ·
Follow up with attendees who expressed interest but did not enroll
· Answer questions and provide additional program information · Log
communications, notes, and follow-up tasks in Salesforce
Operational Support · Complete tasks assigned by the Operations
Manager or Education Director · Ensure all responsibilities are
completed accurately, on time, and with attention to detail What
We’re Looking For · 2 years of consumer-facing sales experience
(3–5 years preferred) · Background in enrollment events, education,
hospitality, or customer service is a plus · Comfortable speaking
with individuals and small groups · Strong verbal and written
communication skills · Professional, polished, and approachable
presence · Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook ·
Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred · High school
diploma required; some college or degree preferred · Availability
