experienced Fire Alarm Sales Executive for our Fire & Security
division to focus on new opportunities and expanding services to
existing customers while managing and growing the Security and Fire

Responsibilities: Builds and maintains a network of sources from
which to identify new Fire sales leads. Demonstrates the functions
and utility of products or services to customers based on their
needs. Establish contact with prospects and potential buyers by
scheduling sales calls, making sales presentations and following up
on leads. Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing
communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that
may arise post-sale. Maintains communication with existing and
previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and
enhancements that may be of interest. Define customer needs and
develop a sales strategy to gain customer understanding of company
Fire & Security offerings Close sufficient sales to meet sales plan
objectives Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog
Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls,
orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor
relationship problems. Provides periodic territory sales forecasts.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Education/Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales,
Business, or related field OR at least five years of related
experience required. Excellent interpersonal and customer service
skills. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills. Ability to function well in a
high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with
Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Must be able to travel
within our tri-state territory (PA, NJ & DE) Benefits and Perks:
