Support Technician salary range: $18.04/hr. - 26.71/hr. \n Medical
Lab Technician salary range: $21.48/hr - $31.19/hr - eligible for
up to $10,000 sign on bonus! \n Medical Laboratory Scientist salary
range: $26.97 - $35.51/hr - eligible for up to $15,000 sign on
bonus! \n In this role, you will engage in the accurate performance
of lab testing to diagnose, treat, and evaluate patients that leads
to our quality patient care outcomes with opportunity to - \n \n
Process specimens for analysis according to established protocols.
\n Ensure testing accuracy and precision by meeting established
protocols and timelines. \n Identify critical or abnormal results
and take immediate action according to predetermined guidelines. \n
Troubleshoot problems related to instrumentation, methodology,
specimens, or supplies. \n Participate in test development and
evaluate new methodologies, equipment, and techniques. \n Perform
and document quality control measures to ensure consistent
standards. \n Report any incidents or issues to supervisors or
pathologists promptly. \n Operate and maintain laboratory
equipment, performing minor repairs when necessary. \n Enter
patient demographic and test data into the information management
system. \n Assist in the training and orientation of new employees
and students, promoting a collaborative work environment. \n
Laboratory Support Technician \n \n Must meet one of the following
criteria:\n \n High School diploma or equivalent, AND at least 2yrs
experience as a Specimen Processor (or equivalent) required in a
clinical lab, \n Associate degree (with biology and chemistry
courses) AND at least 1yr of experience as a Specimen Processor (or
equivalent) in a clinical lab, \n Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant
certification AND 1yr of experience as a Specimen Processor (or
equivalent) in a clinical lab, \n Successful completion of a 50wk
U.S. military medical laboratory training course, \n B.S. degree
from an accredited institution with a major in a biological or
clinical laboratory science \n Currently enrolled in a MLS (Medical
Laboratory Scientist) or equivalent training program, with 3 yrs
college credits required. \n \n \n \n Medical Lab Technician \n \n
Must meet one of the following criteria:\n \n Associate's degree in
a laboratory science with certification (or eligible new graduate)
from an accredited institution as a Medical Laboratory Technician
(MLT) \n Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited institution
with a major in biological, chemical, physical, or clinical
laboratory science, with 6 months of clinical laboratory experience
\n Equivalent education and experience as defined by CLIA '88 for
individuals performing high complexity testing \n \n \n \n Medical
Laboratory Scientist \n \n Must meet one of the following
criteria:\n \n Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited
college/university AND successful completion of an accredited
Medical Lab Scientist program \n Bachelor of Science degree from an
accredited college/university with a major in biological, chemical,
or clinical laboratory science AND ASCP or equivalent categorical
or MLT certification \n Bachelor of Science degree from an
accredited college/university with a major in biological, chemical,
physical, or clinical laboratory science AND at least two years'
experience in a role equivalent to that of a Medical Laboratory
Technician (MLT) in a clinical laboratory. \n \n \n \n Licensure,
Certifications, and Clearances: \n \n ASCP Certifications
Preferred:\n \n Medical Technologist MT(ASCP) \n Medical Laboratory
Scientist MLS (ASCP) \n Medical Laboratory Technician MLT(ASCP) \n
Clinical Laboratory Assistant (CLA) \n or equivalent ASCP
Certification. \n \n \n Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
\n Act 33 with renewal \n Act 34 with renewal \n Act 73 FBI
