Day to day as a Driver / Community Worker As a Part-Time Driver / Community Worker at the Community Service Foundation, you will start each day by reviewing your scheduled routes and identifying the clients you will support. Your primary responsibility will involve safely transporting youth to and from educational programs, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the journey. In addition to driving, you will engage with clients, providing encouragement and fostering positive relationships. Communication with educational staff and parents is crucial, as you will relay any pertinent information about clients’ experiences and needs. You will also participate in community events and outreach programs, helping to promote educational resources.
